NACHOS

#1-- White corn tortilla chips, beans, cheddar cheese  and salsa.          

#2--To #1 add your choice of charbroiled chicken, beef or chile verde with sour cream and guacamole.   

#3--White corn tortilla chips covered with our vegetarian chile, cheese, sour cream andguacamole, and salsa.

QUESADILLAS

Nopalitos Quesadilla--flour tortilla stuffed with cheese, roasted poblano chilies, and cactus, served  with mild salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.

Chicken or Beef Quesadilla--flour tortilla stuffed with cheese and your choice of charbroiled chicken or shredded beef, served with mild salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.

Spicy Pork Quesadilla—flour tortilla stuffed with cheese, shredded pork and fresh sliced  jalapenos served with salsa, sour cream and  guacomole.

Cheese Quesadilla-- melted cheese in a flour tortilla served with chips.      

SALADS 

Nopalitos House Salad--Crispy greens, Asiago cheese, and toasted pumpkin seeds, with our house dressing.

Add your choice of charbroiled chicken, beef, chile verde or carnitas. 

Sonora Salad--Toasted flour tortilla topped with beans, crispy greens and seasonal veggies, with our house dressing. 

Add your choice of charbroiled chicken, beef, chile verde or carnitas.

RICE BOWLS

Any of the following in a bowl over rice, served with chips:          

Chile Verde—spicy pork stew. 

Beef—shredded beef in a mild red sauce.

Veggie Chile—mild black bean chile.

With Cheese add … 

TAMALE BOWL

Just like a tamale, but served in a bowl.  Cornmeal  covered with your choice of chile verde, chile colorado,  or vegetarian chile, topped with melted cheese and sour cream.  

TACOS

Nopalitos Taco--Large crispy flour tortilla filled with beans, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, mild salsa, and your choice of charbroiled chicken, beef, chile verde, carnitas or veggies.  

Soft Taco Plate--Two soft corn tacos filled with beans and your choice of charbroiled chicken, beef, chile verde, carnitas, or veggies; topped with mild salsa, and served with small salad. 

TOSTADAS

Tinga Chicken Tostada--A large crispy flour tortilla topped with shredded chicken simmered in a chipotle chile sauce, lettuce, salsa, beans, sour cream and guacamole.        

Vegetarian Tostada--Large crispy flour tortilla topped with sautéed veggies, beans, lettuce, mild salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. 

Beef Tostada--large crispy flour tortilla topped with  braised shredded beef in a mild red chile sauce, lettuce, beans,  salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. 

RICE & BEAN PLATES

All plates are served with rice, whole pinto beans, mild salsa, and corn or flour tortillas.

Chile Verde--a spicy stew of pork, poblano and jalapeno chiles.

Carnitas--seasoned slow roasted pork, shredded and  then grilled to perfection.

Chile Colorado--tender chunks of braised beef in a mild red sauce.
